SARS PBO 18A Certificates

If you or your company require a SARS 18A Tax Certificate for cash donations or goods sponsored please send the following required information to jean@forthechildren.co.za:
A. For Personal donations:
– Full name(s) and surname as on South African Identity Document
– South African ID (Identity document) number.
– Type of ID document (e.g. SA ID)
– Current Physical Home Address.
– Contact number
– Email address
– Income Tax Registration number (if available)
B. Company donations:
– Registered name of Company
– Company registration number
– Company Trading name if different
– Physical address of Company headquarters.
– Contact Number
– Email address
– Income Tax Registration number (if available)
The Amount donated and the date it was paid into (and cleared) our npo account.
The general rule of thumb regarding 18A certificates is that you can donate up to 10% of your yearly taxable income to a Public Benefit Organization like ourselves and deduct it from your yearly tax obligations to SARS.
If you donate goods/gift cards (Checkers, Pick & Pay, etc.), please provide the invoice stating the value of the goods.
